Marketing Associate
It was a fast interview process, seems like they were interviewing a lot of people quickly. They said they'd get back to me after the interview but never did.
- Can you tell me about your previous work experience?
Account Manager
Since I started Working At PalmState, I have expanded my managerial and leadership skills significantly. The opportunity provided to me has enabled me to learn from the best leaders in the industry as well as travel and grow from within the company. The personal growth, time management skills, and the relationship I have built here will set me up for success in the future and provide me with stability of a career I need to improve the life of my family and myself.
- WHO ARE YOU?
- Where do you see yourself in the near future?
- What is your purpose in life?
Client Service Representative
This company has a three-step process for vetting candidates, which I've completed. I didn't have many questions by the end because they communicated everything thoroughly. They do direct marketing, which is appealing because it involves getting out of the office. There are some travel opportunities and room for growth, but unfortunately, the hours didn't line up with my child's school schedule. If you're looking for marketing and sales training with potential company growth, definitely check them out.
- As a goal-oriented company, what are your goals for the next 3-5 years?
Customer Service Representative
This is a three round interview process. The first round was awesome he was quick and to the point. He described a modern marketing strategy that blew my old job out the water. I luckily got into a second round interview which focused on management roles based on credibility not seniority. This interview lasted about 90 minutes and painted the picture about compensation and structure. I am currently awaiting an invitation to a third round interview but overall the process has been thorough thus far.
- Is your long-term career goal to be in a management role?
