I had a Skype interview and was hopeful after the emails, but I think they lost interest when they realized my age. The conversation was short and positive; I was dressed professionally and did nothing wrong. But since that one Skype interview, they haven't replied to any of my applications. I have the right education and experience, so I can't figure out why they wouldn't respond other than my age.
