Sales Development Program
The interview process was really well-organized and helpful. It pushed me to think critically on the spot in different scenarios. You should know about the company beforehand and be ready for it. It really seems like a place that picks the right individuals to join their team.
- What's your approach to getting ready for challenging situations?
Truck Driver
The transportation folks at PD were awesome. Really stand-up, straightforward people. The company seems to have a lot going for it, could definitely be a long-term gig. They got back to me fast and set up an interview right away. The interview itself was pretty standard.
- What's prompting your job search?
- Tell me about a success you had at your previous job.
- Can you share an instance where you didn't succeed at your previous job?
Outside Sales Representative
I applied online. Then got a short phone screening interview, and they offered me an in-person interview. Got an email with directions and confirmation. Then interviewed with the new site manager. He talked about their hiring timeline. I thanked him, sent a thank you note, and asked about next steps. Took a bit to find out I didn't get the job. It was tough to know what happened.
- Can you tell me about your work ethic?
- What are your career goals?
- Have you worked in the construction industry before?
Corporate Trainer
I had a phone screening and then two more interviews. It was really conversational and relaxed, which made me feel super comfortable. They communicated well throughout, just as I'd expect. By the end, I had a really clear idea of what the job involves.
- What are your thoughts on how to measure your success in this position?
