First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Palmer College of Chiropractic.
Admissions Coordinator
First a phone interview about 10 mins, then an in person interview to follow, this was about 30 - 40 mins. You meet the team as well after the interview.
- Can you tell me about your experience with event planning?
Admissions Counselor
The whole process was super smooth and fast, everything went off without a hitch. It felt easy and stress-free, and just really efficient from the beginning to the end. Happy with how it all turned out.
- Did you have any prior knowledge about this role?
Researcher
The interview process involved two interviewers, and the majority of the questions focused on my working style and how I would adapt to the organization's current management approaches and the specific requirements of this role. Looking back, I wish I had reached out to other employees beforehand to understand the management style better, as it turned out not to be a good fit for me.
- Can you share an instance where you worked collaboratively?
Financial Planning Manager
I sent in my application and resume via email as instructed on their website. They got back to me pretty quickly, which honestly felt like a sign of desperation on their end. While you could say they were just efficient, I later realized it was probably because they were really needing someone.
- How did you learn about us?
- Tell me about your customer service abilities.
- What's your experience been like working with students?
