It was a smooth and very friendly discussion. The interview had 3 rounds with an aptitude test. 1st round was with the talent acquisition team lead, second with the manager, and third with the HR.

The interview was pretty straightforward and impersonal. There were two interviewers with a list of questions they read off the page. As I answered, they wrote detailed notes-- there wasn't much eye contact or responsiveness from them. They asked questions about my previous library experience, what relevant digital platforms and technologies I have experience with, what I know about the library's programs and resources, how I'd deal with a guest complaint, a time I took initiative on a project without being asked, and my experience working with diverse groups of people.
