The process was easy. Three people interviewed me. They mostly asked scripted questions about different situations and didn't really ask about my experience. It took about 2 weeks to get a call to set up the interview.

Four people interviewed me at the same time and they don't ask anything about your qualifications, experience, education, etc., instead they have a questionnaire (I think there were 14 questions) that they read/ask to you one by one and they write down your answer. The questions were kind of like "what would you do in this case". So to conclude, first I didn't expect to be interviewed by four people at the same time which was kind of intimidating and second and most important is that they never asked me anything related to my experience and skills which is the main objective of an interview.

I interviewed with the director and manager for the website position. They were both really nice. I thought I met all the basic qualifications from the job listing, but during the conversation, they were looking for someone with way more experience than what was posted. I'm not sure if they invited me by mistake or on purpose. The job had been open for a few months, so I didn't think they were in a rush to fill it, but I did feel like they wanted to give me a shot to learn. I sent an email to the director after the interview thanking her, but I never got a response. I didn't get the job.
