Strat Comm
HR talked to me first about my background, then I met with some of the team I'd be working with and they asked me some pretty easy questions about my experience. It wasn't too tough overall.

Communications Associate
It was a pretty standard interview process. First, I had an HR screening. Then, I spoke with three team leaders about my background and resume. The interview lasted about 45 minutes. The questions were typical, and the people I met were really nice.
- Can you tell me why you're interested in Palladian?
- What would you say are your greatest strengths?

The process is a bit on the slower side. They're pretty thorough in who they bring on board.
- What feedback have you received from your colleagues about your work?
Project Director
I had a 1 hour interview with a hiring manager who was knowledgeable and engaged. She referred me to a 90 minute interview with 3 senior staff members where we had a discussion about projects and they asked thoughtful questions. I didn't get the position and received a generic rejection letter. I followed up with the hiring manager thanking her for her time and asking for feedback on why I didn't advance. She didn't respond, and I would have appreciated a response about my fit for the role or future opportunities.
- You've worked at multiple large health communications firms and left each. What was the issue, and what are you hoping will be different this time?
- What's prompting your search for a new role?
- Describe your approach to managing a challenging client.
