The interview process was super straightforward and chill. It was really easy going and concise, and I liked that they were authentic. Usually, I go through a bunch of rounds with the recruiter, then the hiring manager, and then chat with people I might work with.

Started with an HR phone screen, then had to do an essay. After that, there were two phone interviews, one of which was a video call with the hiring manager. This was followed by an in-person meeting and then another phone interview with management. There were lots of delays and excuses throughout the process. Eventually, I found out the job I applied for was never actually created or posted. Instead, they had someone already doing a similar role covering both the old and new responsibilities and getting the pay I would have earned. The hiring manager kept giving ridiculous excuses about potential start dates not matching HR's timeline, like a 10-week background check, which is unheard of these days. Overall, it felt like a disorganized, con-artist-like process with many broken promises.

I had an initial phone interview, then two days later, I went in for an in-person interview with some of the hiring team. A week after that, HR let me know I got the job and they were doing a background check. The whole thing took about three weeks.
