Behavioral Technical

I applied online and about a month later, a recruiter called me. She asked about my background and told me about the job, then set up a meeting with the hiring manager. The whole process was easy and I learned a lot. After that, I interviewed with the hiring manager, a Principal Scientist, and the Senior Director. They were really respectful of my schedule. I found out all about the role, the company culture, the team, what I'd be doing, and the development plan.

They flew me out to NY. I had to give a presentation on a technical topic of my choice. Do NOT take an interview if they are going to fly you out. They say they will reimburse you for hotel and travel fees but they don't.
