First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Pall.
Quality Engineer
There were three rounds of interviews for this Quality Engineer role. The first round was a chat with the hiring manager covering SPC, Data Analysis, and various quality principles. Next, I had a conversation with the quality director where I was asked about past projects and their impact on company metrics. The final round was onsite, meeting the team members I'd be collaborating with.
- Of your career accomplishments, which one stands out the most to you?
- Could you describe the most recent project you were involved in?
- What motivates your interest in joining Pall?
Supplier Quality Engineer
I had an initial phone screen with HR and then proceeded to have an onsite interview. The manager was very careful about giving details about the job and the company. I was told it was just a 9-5 job, but ended up being a lot more. I applied for a quality engineer position, not supplier quality. I ended up in the supplier quality role as they weren't sure what to do with me after I started.
- They asked typical behavioral questions during the HR phone call.
- The interview with the manager was easy; I was asked about previous experience.
Senior Quality Engineer
The interview process was very fast and efficient. I spoke with HR longer than the subject matter experts. It was clear the HR staff made the decisions because the hiring manager was recently onboarded.
- Can you tell me about your experience with Kaizen?
