The hiring process took a while. They really liked my resume and past work experience. I had four interviews in total. The last one felt like a final walkthrough for the job, and I thought I was going to get an offer, but that didn't happen. I noticed the managers giving me side glances when they thought I wasn't looking. It was a strange process. I tried reaching out to the interviewers and the HR rep via email to find out what went wrong or why they chose someone else, but no one responded.

I applied online. About a week later, a recruiter contacted me via email for a phone chat. After that, the recruiter forwarded my info to the hiring manager, and the same day I got an email to schedule a phone call with them. I had that call, and it went well, so the next day I received an email to set up an onsite interview, scheduled about two weeks out. The whole process felt really organized, and the recruitment team was quick to respond to my questions.

The interview was engaging and tough. It started with a recruiter phone call, then a video call with the hiring manager. The last two rounds involved managers, senior managers, the director, and HR. Some managers focused on behavioral questions, others on technical skills, and some were interested in my specific experience with Pall products. Expect to be tested on your technical knowledge, and more importantly, how your experience can benefit the team and company.
