The whole thing took about an hour, and there were 3 interviewers: 2 managers and 1 HR person. They were really friendly and seemed pretty relaxed. One of the managers even asked me which areas I was hoping to work in.

I applied online and liked that I only had to submit my resume without filling out a bunch of demographic info. When they reached out to schedule an interview, I started researching the company. They actually told me more about the company than they asked me during the interview, which I thought was good. I felt like I understood the company, the job, and the culture by the second interview. But the process kept going, and it felt redundant. I got rejected after the 3rd interview via a 'cold bland email'. They even compared me to the CEO in the first interview! This company had me reschedule 3 times over 3 weeks for 45-minute interviews, talking about the same things with 3 different people. Two of them were HR. I liked the first two interviewers, but didn't really connect with the last one, maybe because I wasn't feeling well or our personalities clashed. It would have been more interviews if I had passed the 3rd round. My spouse has an easier time getting interviews. I wasn't given contact info for the interviewers, so I had to go through a third party to ask questions, which felt impersonal. Be ready to be evaluated and charted weekly if you work here. They also use the Kaizen model. The position was still open weeks after I was rejected.

The interview process was good and informative. The interviewer asked questions that tested my field knowledge and understanding of the job scope, and they weren't too difficult. The whole process went smoothly, and the HR representative was very helpful. They provided a briefing about the interview stages.
