Behavioral Presentation

The interview was pretty laid back and the interviewer was easy to talk to. They asked a lot of questions, so be ready to talk about your motivations for wanting the job, your qualifications, and examples of successful past campaigns. You'll have questions from several people, which can feel a little intimidating, but everyone was very nice.

I went to their offices in Santa Monica and met with both HR and creative team members. The interview was pretty standard, asking about my resume and previous experiences. Questions then shifted to position-specific ones. They said I'd hear back in a couple of weeks, I followed up but never got a concrete answer.

They were very organized and all very nice and thoughtful. They had me interview with Human Resources, then the Supervisor and a Planner. They seemed pretty relaxed and satisfied with working there. The new offices are spacious looking and very contemporary in design.
