It was a relaxing interview, more like a conversation than a traditional interview. It was enjoyable and less structured. When interviews are geared more towards having an exchange of ideas, it's much more rewarding for both parties.

Had a phone interview with some questions. After that, they did reference verifications. The questions were pretty standard for both teaching and camp settings. Only one interview, lasted about an hour. The interviewer was really nice and answered all my questions, plus more.
