Project Management Office Manager
I went through two rounds of interviews. The first was with HR, and the second was an onsite interview with the hiring manager and HR, which was supposed to be the final one. They said I'd get feedback in two weeks, but I never did. I've followed up with recruitment by phone and email multiple times over months, and still no reply. It's pretty basic courtesy to at least send a generic email if someone isn't selected. Also, it felt like the hiring manager hadn't even read my resume before the interview and I had to go through my whole background with him. It's important to respect candidates' time and effort by reading their resume beforehand.

Quality Manager
İ would recommend to be prepared well as corporate mindset. Managers are experienced and we'll kind and professional. My interview were also including full of smooth questioning without making me nervous because they were quite experienced about knowing characters.

Analyst
The questions were clear and relevant to the job requirements, making sure there was a good balance of time for the candidate to answer and for technical evaluation. They were respectful, avoided biases, and offered constructive feedback after the selection. The whole process was transparent, with evaluation criteria defined beforehand, ensuring all participants had equal chances to show their skills, experience, and potential for the role.
- Why did you become interested in this field in the past, and what made you continue in it?
Technical Documentation Specialist
This was a three-month ordeal that felt like a complete waste of time and was quite unprofessional. The recruiter (Bulgaria), hiring manager (Austria/Germany), and HR (Norway) were all involved. The recruiter contacted me in mid-March. We had a quick standard interview, then I waited a month with delays for the hiring manager interview. I got a verbal offer after a week, still with delays. It was already May, and the recruiter said HR would contact me about the contract and an on-site meeting. HR didn't call for another week, but the hiring manager set up a meeting about next steps. I was then told the contract would be ready by May 24th or 27th, about a week later. On May 31st, the hiring manager said they were finalizing my contract and I'd have to wait another week. It seemed like they were hiding something, so I contacted HR, who also made excuses for the delay. The following week, the recruiter called to say they'd found someone else. So, this whole thing was a 'recruiting hell' designed to stall after they 'offered' the job and lied about the contract progress. The delays were all due to their late responses. They clearly want to keep candidates engaged but have no real intention of moving forward. Both HR and the hiring manager kept saying 'end of the week,' but rarely responded on time and gave no good reason for the delays. Either they have a lot of money to burn on recruitment, or they're terrible communicators. If they can afford to wait this long, they could at least reject candidates properly instead of stringing them along and lying. There were many red flags, but giving a 'fake' offer and lying about contract progress says it all about this company.
