You start with a phone screen, then have a couple more phone interviews. After that, there's an on-site interview with a few people, each chat is about 30 minutes. Then you interview with the hiring manager. If you get through all that, the founder reviews your application, and you might even get an interview with the founder.

I talked to a recruiter first, but they didn't seem very interested in my skills or the job, and the call was super short, like 5 minutes. They set me up for a first-round phone interview. I'd read online that the actual internal job title and description might be different, which made me think about skipping the call, but I decided to go anyway out of curiosity. During the phone interview, when they asked if I had any questions, I asked directly if the role was the same as the site reliability operations analyst. The interviewer confirmed it was, and that the external description/title is different from the internal one. I then asked about the day-to-day tasks, but the interviewer avoided the question. I ended the interview pretty soon after because I don't like being misled. I wasn't invited for an onsite interview. It really felt like the job involves a lot of high-volume, in-the-weeds admin and project coordination with long hours doing boring tasks. I wouldn't be happy in a job that misleads people about roles like this. Just a heads-up!

Sent in an application for a TPM position at the request of a friend. Heard back three days later about scheduling an interview. Replied within an hour to set up a time to talk, but had to wait 4 days to hear back from the interviewer, which was not a great start. Eventually he got back to me and we agreed a date a week later. The interview itself contained typical questions, but the interviewer could not have been less interested in my answers, which made the process painful. Gave the same generic reply to everything I said, and it was up to me to bring up the one issue of relevance during the interview. Overall, it made the already awkward process of a phone interview even more tiresome. Was told I'd hear back in a few days, ended up waiting almost two weeks. That type of disorganization seems to be run of the mill for the HR department. If you are interviewing here, expect the process to drag on for a bit.
