Cool, I loved the interview process. It was a bit unconventional, but overall it was a great learning experience. I'm not a big fan of their salary offer, though. But we'll see. This text box is forcing me to say more words, it is so annoying. Glassdoor you need to fix your UX

After sending in my resume, I got an email about a group interview. I went to an interview with about 8 other people for the same role. The interviewers seemed to be in their mid 20s. They first showed me the new keg in the kitchen. It felt like they wanted a party buddy, not a coworker. They also stressed how much they liked their jobs and working 12-hour days. I didn't get any calls or emails. I emailed them for an update and was told I wouldn't be asked back. I asked for feedback, but they didn't give any. The whole process wasn't very professional, but it seemed like a fun place to work.

The whole thing took about 2 months. They never gave me names or contact info for any of the interviewers beforehand. The recruiter did a pretty good job of keeping me updated though. The interviewers (there were around 6 of them) seemed to have different ideas about what the job was about, how it was structured, and who it reported to. I got all the way to the end and was told I'd get an offer, then they just stopped responding.
