First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Palace Resorts.
English Teacher
The interview involved me talking about my past teaching jobs and how I get students into learning English. We also went over how I'd deal with different situations that pop up in the classroom. I made sure to mention how I make lessons fun and interactive, how I can teach students with different ways of learning, and how I use tech to help them improve.
- Can you describe your teaching experience?
- What's your method for getting students interested in learning the English language?
- Describe how you would manage various classroom situations.
Housekeeping
It's a bit complicated because they analyze your history of past jobs. It's not always good news for growing within the time you've been working for the chain because they have a lot of personnel waiting for job growth.
- Are you in good health to do the job?
- How is your health condition?
- Do you have prior experience in this role?
Frontend Developer
The interview went smoothly and was pleasant. The questions were relevant, and I was able to highlight my skills. It was a simple and enjoyable process, with help from the recruiter. I was a bit surprised, though, when they requested a drug test.
- Tell me about your general experience.
- Have you used any frameworks before?
- What's your background with the Vue.js framework, given this role is for a Vue.js position?
Junior Programmer
First, we'll connect via WhatsApp and a call to set up an interview. The first interview is with HR, followed by one with the area manager to discuss technical knowledge and get more details about the job and its functions. We'll communicate through WhatsApp, calls, and emails.
- What is your experience in the field?
- Are you married, single, or in a common-law union?
