First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Pal's Sudden Service.
Food Service Worker
The interview process was quite simple. You'll be asked a few questions about your past work experience, if you have any, and what you consider your biggest weakness. That question seems to be a really important one based on what I've seen and heard.
- Could you share what you consider to be your biggest weakness?
Crew Member
Basic questions. Dress nicely. No holes in pants. No crop tops. Maintain eye contact. Don't appear nervous. Avoid fidgeting. Stay off your phone. Be respectful, honest, and humble. No gum.
- Tell me about yourself in three words.
Crew Member
It was a friendly and welcoming interview, not too nerve-wracking. The atmosphere was nice and clean. They were happy to answer any questions I had. Honestly, it was one of the best interviews I've had.
- What improvements could you bring to our company?
- What's your motivation for wanting to work here?
Cashier
The interview was short and the manager seemed uninterested. I didn't get a chance to talk much and the questions weren't related to the job. I traveled 20 minutes for a very quick interview.
- What subject do you like the most in school?
