Management Trainee
I got a call on Monday about my Management Trainee interview scheduled for the next day at 9:00 am. I confirmed I'd be there, but later that day, the Senior Manager IT called and asked for a phone interview. After I agreed, he proceeded to ask some questions related to my field, and this phone interview lasted about 25 minutes. The following day at 9:00 am, I met with a panel of four interviewers (three from IT and one HR) for a 50-minute interview. A week after the interview, I received a call informing me that the panel selected me and I needed to visit the company headquarters to finalize the hiring process.
- Are you a part of this company?
Assistant Manager
First, there was a phone call that was basically a screening. After that, I had three more interviews before they gave me the job offer.
- What led you to pursue an MBA after a background in Software Engineering?
- Can you tell me about yourself?
Management Trainee
The interview was in PTCL Lahore Cantt. It was based on the CV. A panel was there from different functions like HR, technical, business etc. It was fairly easy, no pressure at all. The interview happened in a good environment.
- Some questions about probability, as I had stated I was good at it.
