I had an interview with the recruiter. They were really nice and helpful, and explained the job, the company, and answered all my questions super thoroughly. The pay is great and I like that it's remote.

Behavioral Technical Other

So, this role had 4 interview rounds, and it felt like they stretched out over some time. A couple of the interviews were actually useful and got into some good stuff, but honestly, a couple of them felt more like just a vibe check to see if I'd get along with people, rather than really testing my actual knowledge. But overall, it was still a pretty positive experience, you know.

Confirmed questions4 questions
  • The initial interview was focused on learning more about me and assessing my existing skill sets.
  • The second interview involved testing out your ATS system, assessing your ability to follow directions, and your capacity to retain information. It also included evaluating your skills in prioritizing different tasks you might encounter.
  • The third interview was with a recruiter, aimed at understanding your personality and professional experience.

Behavioral

The first conversation went pretty well, but I wasn't ready for behavioral questions since I thought it was more of a chat to get to know the role. What was weird is the recruiter wouldn't give me the salary range. I had to say my range first, and then they'd say if it was within their range. So basically, I never got the salary range upfront. I think California law requires them to share it if asked.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • I was asked about 3 behavioral questions during the initial phone screen, though I can't remember the exact questions.
