I applied online and then HR called me to set up an in-person interview. The interview was mostly the Principal talking about the job and their work. It was a really relaxed setting and they showed me around the offices. They talked a lot about having a mentor when you start. I felt good about it and they told me to reach out. I sent a follow-up email, and it took them a while to send a formal application. I followed up a few more times, and then I haven't heard anything since. Good tip for everyone: always ask when you can expect to hear back so you don't get left wondering.

So I had this first interview, it was pretty standard, with someone from marketing and the marketing manager on Zoom. We talked about a second interview, in person, and the manager wanted it for Friday morning, like three days out. The marketing rep was supposed to set up the time. I emailed the rep on Thursday morning to try and lock it in, but she didn't reply until that evening and then asked to reschedule for the next week. Never heard back after that. Total bummer and waste of my time.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

It started off normal and professional. The second half of my interview, another person joined. It became a one-sided conversation where I was questioned intensely on subjective topics. It felt like they were trying to make me "slip up" but I'm still unsure about what. I barely got any chance to interview them. The whole interview felt more personal than professional, which I think says a lot about the culture.

Behavioral Technical Group Presentation

The interview process included four main parts: starting with introductions, then moving to some general questions and answers, followed by questions specifically about the job, and finally, wrapping things up. These stages often involved one-on-one chats, group sessions with other candidates, or discussions with a panel. You might have done these interviews in person, over the phone, through email, or using video calls.
