First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Page One Power.
SEO Specialist
It was pretty relaxed. They asked about my writing background and some typical interview stuff like how I'd manage working with a client I didn't personally handle. They offered me the job pretty quickly, and I'm not sure I'm an outstanding candidate, so that gives you an idea of the level of consideration.
- How do you manage handling several projects simultaneously?
- Can you describe your experience with writing?
- What's your approach when you have to work with a client you're not directly assigned to?
Link Builder
The interview process was really thorough but also quick. The interviewers were super professional and knew their stuff. They were clear about what they were looking for. Honestly, it was one of the best interviews I've had. Some companies make it hard just to seem fancy, but Page One Power is the kind of place that has a tough process because they really want to hire and keep the best people.
- Can you share an instance where you established challenging objectives? Describe your actions to meet them, detailing the methodology and the reason behind it.
Outreach Coordinator
The interview process started with a call with the team manager. After that, I had to complete a written assessment. Finally, there was a second interview involving the team manager, department head, and the HR manager. The entire process took place over Google Meet.
- Could you describe your typical daily organizational methods?
- What prompts your decision to seek a departure from your prior employment?
Writer
They will talk a big game to you. Act like you need to be a college writer and stuff, but you really don't. You'll find out there are people who have no education at all that work here.
- Do you think critically?
- Are you ready to start tomorrow?
