The recruitment process was straightforward. There were two interviews, followed by an offer letter, reference checks, and then signing the contract. It wasn't complicated at all, though the shortlisting took a while. The onboarding process was average.

The interview process was fine. They got me through the entire process in one week. They told me they would get back to me within a week. Never heard back, reached out to the recruiter Collin and he never responded to my emails. They ghosted a final round candidate! Completely disrespectful. But after reading these reviews, seems par for the course.

I had a phone screen with the hiring manager, followed by two interviews with different panels. One panel was the team I'd be working with. The questions were pretty standard, asking for general background and interest in the role. No specific prep needed. The interview room was quite warm. Business casual attire is appropriate; slacks and a blazer would be fine instead of a full suit. The first interview is usually with junior staff, no matter the position you're applying for.

I had a phone screen and then an in-person interview. I met with someone who would report to me and someone from the foundation side. They had a lot of questions on two sheets of paper, front and back, and I think they asked all of them. I sent thank you notes and followed up with HR a few weeks later but haven't heard back.
