First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at PACO Collective.
IT Engineer
The CEO's interview was confrontational and unprofessional. Instead of a good discussion, the CEO was intimidating. It showed a lack of respect and constructive dialogue, making me question the company's culture and leadership.
- Basic interview questions were asked.
Intern
The internship position involved a lot of administrative work; there seemed to be a disconnect between HR and department managers on what the internship would entail. After a brief resume discussion, I was redirected to the HR manager. We discussed my career goals, and then the HR manager wanted me to interview with another department the same day, but they were busy/short-staffed. It took a week to reschedule, only to find out the position was filled/needed a bilingual candidate. The organization seems disorganized and a phone screen beforehand might have fixed this.
- Can you tell me about your previous internship experiences and a problem you solved there?
Account Executive
I applied online and got called in for an interview. There were three interviews in total, and the last one was with the CEO. It was going fine until he asked me to speak Spanish. Even though I'm fluent, I got a bit nervous and messed up my response.
- Are you fluent in Spanish?
- Are you familiar with Cacique, one of our clients?
- What led you to apply to our company?
Planner
I applied online and then had an in person interview with the founders. I found one of them very unprofessional I don't take them seriously because of that. I won't recommend to apply to this place
- Can you share your experience?
