Marketing
The manager was super professional and really passionate about the company, which made me want to join. First, we talked about the company and where it operates. Then, we discussed what I expected from the role and how I could grow. It's been months and I haven't heard back.
- What are your job-related expectations and how do you see yourself driving marketing planning and initiatives in this niche industry, considering potential challenges?
Well Services Engineer
The interview process consisted of a single round held at the head office. I met with both the hiring manager and HR. A week after the interview, I received notification of their decision.
- How would you handle a project deadline if personal obligations conflicted with your work schedule?
Engineer
I submitted an online application and a recruiter called me about two weeks later. I then had an in-person meeting with the hiring manager. He showed me around the office and introduced me to some team members before we went to his office for an interview.
- What are your strategies for freeing a differentially stuck pipe?
- What are your interests outside of work?
Field Engineer
The interview process was pretty straightforward because they really needed someone for this position. It was located in Wyoming, and honestly, not many people were interested in moving there, but I was. I ended up taking the job, though it felt a bit strange at first being the only person from the South in the office.
- Tell me about your past work experience.
