First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Pack Health.
Quality Assurance Engineer
it was virtual, and I had two interviews at different times. I met the team I'd be working with, like six people. They started by asking me what questions I had, which was good cause I had some written down.
- Could you describe your experience with EMRs?
Health Advisor
The whole process started with a phone call, then a face-to-face meeting, and then another phone call that included a role-play part. The role-play was meant to check how well you can communicate over the phone. It was a bit confusing because there wasn't much direction on how to approach the role-play, kind of like being thrown in the deep end and having to figure it out yourself. Besides that bit, it was a pretty standard interview.
- What's your comfort level with phone conversations?
Account Management Director
I had an HR phone screen first and then a phone interview with the hiring manager. They asked me basic questions about my experience and background in both of those interviews. They also mentioned that the company had just been bought and was merging with Quest Health, so there was a lot of uncertainty about how things would change and how my role would fit into the new company.
- Tell me about your past roles and your responsibilities in them.
Health Advisor
They left voicemails a long time after I applied and then offered the interview and job at the same time. I had already found employment elsewhere. I wish they would have contacted me sooner to say they weren’t considering me yet.
- 10 months after applying which is too late
