It was a really thorough and nice process. The ED presented me with some realistic situations and problems to figure out, and really explained the job thoroughly. They asked me about my creative side and hobbies, and what a typical day involves.

The hiring process involved an in-person meeting with the Regional VP and a phone call with the company owner. It was pretty straightforward. A recruiter also handled reference checks. Additionally, there were a drug test, a physical exam, a TB test, and DOJ fingerprint clearance. They didn't check my credit or driving record.

Great interview experience. Wonderful people and I loved working here. The interview was lengthy but had great questions. They answered my questions and I ended up getting the job. It's a great job for someone with no family as it requires a lot of time and energy.
