I had an initial phone screen with a recruiter, then a video interview with the hiring manager. After that, I was invited to come in for onsite interviews. Everyone I spoke with was very pleasant, and I was really excited about the company and the opportunity. However, I ended up declining the onsite interview because of some issues I had with the scheduling process.

First I had a phone interview, and then I took some web-based spatial and math quizzes. If you passed the quizzes, you got invited to interview. I went to a hiring event where I met and interviewed with HR and some managers. It was pretty relaxed, not what I expected, but I didn't feel like my time was wasted at all. Things moved smoothly, and the 20+ candidates didn't seem unhappy.

There were several virtual interviews, about 4-6 of them. Then, a full day of on-site interviews, which included a site tour and dinner. This whole thing took about 6-7 weeks. They told me the whole process could take 3-4 months before they make a decision.

I put in my application online and then got a text to go do some testing at the Riverside place in Modesto. After the testing, they rang me up for a phone interview that took about half an hour. Then, I was invited over to the Leckron facility to meet everyone and have a chat. They showed me around, and then I met the PrePress crew. We grabbed lunch, and during that, the whole department interviewed me as a panel. Back in the PrePress area after lunch, they hit me with a couple more questions, and then said they'd be in touch. The team leader called me not long after to offer me the job. They were really cool to deal with and worked with me on when I could start.
