It was about a 3 hour panel interview with people from different teams. They asked a lot of questions about my past experience, mostly things on my resume. The interviewers were mostly nice, but it's good to ask about the job details and the specific team you're considering.

The interview process was quite thorough. It kicked off with a phone screen, then moved to an hour-long Zoom call with the hiring managers. After that, there was another hour-long technical skills Zoom call. The final stage was a 6-hour, 3-panel Zoom interview. This part started with a presentation I gave on a topic of my choice, followed by a mix of technical and behavioral questions. Even though it was a long process, everyone I interacted with was respectful and easy to talk to, and I actually enjoyed the whole experience. The questions they asked were relevant, and they seemed genuinely interested in my responses.

I applied for a role, but a different team reached out first. They conducted a casual interview, asking about me, my hobbies, past projects and what I liked about them, and my coursework. They then described their lab and research area, and I had the chance to ask some questions. Following the interview, they sent me links to apply for specific positions within their group. After I applied, the background check process began, and I received an offer within a month.
