HR reached out and I had an interview scheduled 2 days later with the project lead for the internship. It went pretty well with some easy questions. They said I'd hear back in a week but I was ghosted for 4 weeks and then saw I wasn't selected on their job portal. No follow-up email from anyone.

I applied for an internship and they invited me for an interview. Due to a time zone difference, we had to schedule carefully. We confirmed a time in MDT via email, but the interviewer unexpectedly joined at the PST equivalent time. Despite the mix-up, the interview went well. They explained the team's projects and asked if I was interested in that kind of work. I confirmed my interest, and there were no technical questions.

Recruiter reached out in late Feb about applying for a lab position, and we chatted about potential roles. The next business day after applying, I got a phone call to set up an interview within 3 days with some lab folks, though not from the original group I applied to. It was pretty chill, with 3 people interviewing me together. They mostly wanted to hear about my resume projects. Then, one of the interviewers asked me to apply for one of two other openings in her group. I applied for one and got an offer a few weeks later, after a quick background check. Before accepting, someone from my original group emailed to do a short interview, which was basically for me to ask questions and them to share more info. The whole thing took about 6 weeks from first contact to accepting the offer.
