Service Technician
Apply for the job. If the hiring team likes your application, you'll get an email to set up an interview. If you pass that, there's a background check and drug test. You'll need your driver's license, birth certificate, and a driving abstract.
- Can you tell me what this company does?
- Describe a time you made a mistake at work and how you handled it.
- Are you okay with working up to 12-hour days?
Project Coordinator
Got back to me really quickly after I applied. The person who did the phone interview was super positive and professional. It was really nice talking to a real person.
- What stood out was how she represented the company and culture.
Service Technician
It was a quick phone call, then they asked for my references via email and sent a big questionnaire to them. After that, they ghosted me. When I tried to follow up, they wouldn't give me any details about the job or where I stood. I could've followed up again, but I already took another job.
- Could you elaborate on the experience you've detailed on your resume?
First Impression Coordinator
I had a call from the HR assistant to set up an in person interview. I interviewed with the HR Director and Marketing Director the same week. They asked me questions about customer service and my 5-year goals.
- Can you share an instance where you delivered great customer service under challenging circumstances?
