Behavioral Presentation

I interviewed for the Senior Program Manager role. The interview was set for 45 mins but finished in about 15. I didn't do my best, I think I answered too fast without taking time to think. The interviewers' vibe showed I wasn't the right fit. I don't expect an offer, but I'm thankful for the interview and the chance to learn. For future people interviewing: be ready, take a breath, and think before you talk. The questions were good and needed calm, real-life answers. PG&E's interview process is organized and professional, just make sure you're brief and confident.

I applied online and heard back from a recruiter the following week. She set up the first interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager was nice but seemed a bit annoyed because I had trouble with Microsoft Teams, which delayed our chat for a few minutes.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I applied and then went through 6 remote video interviews. The first was a chill chat with the hiring manager about my background and the job. Then, I had 3 more 30-minute interviews with different people from related teams, asking standard interview questions. After that, I had a scenario discussion with the hiring manager where I was given a problem, had 15 minutes to think, and then presented my solutions and reasoning. They said there were no right or wrong answers, just checking my problem-solving approach. The last interview was a final call with the hiring manager to clear up a few things about my background.
