Applied online and then they sent me an email to set up an interview. It was with a panel of three people: two supervisors and one engineer. It was just one interview. They asked me some questions about my resume, and then some standard questions they ask everyone. Then I got to ask them questions. The interview wrapped up with them asking me why they should hire me.

Applied online and it took about two months. First, there was a phone interview and then an in-person interview with multiple people. The interview was pretty standard, friendly, and gave me a chance to discuss and think about my answers.

Got an email asking for availability for an HR call. Replied to the email and the next week they got back asking me to come in for an interview two days after that. Two interviewers took turns asking me questions. The questions weren't very technical. First, they asked about my background and what I know about the Gas Industry. Then, they continued with STAR method questions, like 'You and a coworker didn't see eye to eye, how did you come to a conclusion?', 'Describe a safety issue and how you remedied it?', and 'Couldn't meet a deadline, what did you do?'. I thought I did okay, but it's been 3 weeks with no word (which is annoying, but seems common). I followed up multiple times. Fingers crossed!
