They basically just sat me down and asked me some basic questions about my background and my past jobs. They also told me what the job would be like and what would be expected of me. They explained the hours that were expected and what days I would have to be able to work.

The hiring process took a while. It started with a phone call, then I had two in-person interviews where I talked to four different people. It was nice that the people who would be my managers were involved in deciding to hire me. The interview felt pretty relaxed, but we did discuss the main responsibilities and skills needed for the job.
