Customer Service Representative
The interview process was really well organized. It involved a panel of two interviewers and they made a fast decision. It's super important to check your email and get onto their online portal because it has special assignments you need to finish by certain dates.
- Can you tell me about a weakness you have and what you did to get better at it?
Airport Ground Staff
I had an individual interview with one interviewer at a hotel near the airport. It was the only interview, and if I passed, that would be the orientation. The mood was relaxed and casual, but since it's an airline job, it's better to look smart and professional.
- Could you tell us about your career path?
- What is your understanding of our company?
Passenger Service Agent
There was a group interview with 10 people total. We had to fill out our preferred work times and the airlines we wanted to work for. Then, we filled out personal info for a background check that takes about 30 days to get clearance to work at SFO. After all that, there's a TSA test too.
- Tell me a little about yourself.
- Why should we hire you?
- What are your strengths and weaknesses?
HR Assistant
It was a really long interview process for an entry-level HR Assistant job that paid okay, like $21/hr. First, I had a phone interview that was about 15 minutes where they asked about my experience and why I was interested in HR and this company. The interviewer was nice, so I got moved to a second round, which was a virtual interview. If I passed that, there would have been a third in-person interview. I didn't get to the third interview though. The whole process felt excessive. I didn't get the job, and they've posted the same HR Assistant role again recently, which makes me think everyone else got rejected too. I don't get why some places are so picky and have such a bad process. I wouldn't suggest applying here.
- Why are you interested in Human Resources?
- What are you most proud of achieving?
- Could you describe what constitutes a good work environment?
