The interview process was enjoyable and very light but to the point. It took about two weeks with a seemingness transition throughout the entire thing. Preparation is key, but there's no need to overthink their process.

I was contacted by a hiring team member for a newly opened local office and we set up an interview. The first step was a phone interview, which went well. I was pleased to get a second interview with another pleasant person. However, on the day of the second interview, I had to reschedule due to unexpected circumstances. I left a message explaining the situation. A few hours later, I received a voicemail stating my interview was canceled and the hiring team was no longer interested.

I applied for the Front Desk Coordinator role in Newport Beach. After passing the initial phone interview, I was invited for an in-person interview at the office. Upon arrival, I noticed the front desk was awkwardly situated directly in the lobby, which I found uncomfortable. The lobby itself was silent except for the sounds of the receptionist eating and typing, which I felt could be improved with some background music. Despite my reservations about the environment, I proceeded with the interview out of courtesy, as I had already decided against the role due to the office setup. The interview involved two interviewers asking general questions about the job's skills and qualifications. A week later, all applicants received a mass email stating that the position was filled internally, which I found questionable given that internal candidates are usually considered first. I doubted the sincerity of this claim.

The interview process was very smooth, informative, genuine, and honest. I got good vibes from the company and am looking forward to the next steps after each call.
