The interview process began with a Zoom call, followed by a presentation and performance task. Everyone I met was nice, professional, and organized. The interviews themselves went well. However, after the final stage, communication was really bad. I was told I'd hear back in a week but never did. After I followed up, they said there were HR issues and they'd contact me soon. It's been over a month with zero updates, not even a rejection. It took a lot of time and effort to prepare, including taking time off work for interviews and performance tasks. This lack of follow-up is unprofessional and disrespectful. I hope they will respect candidates' time in the future and at least send a rejection email when appropriate.

Applied and got called immediately for an interview. Had round 1, then was contacted for round 2. Logged into the round 2 interview and two people joined as expected, but then they were confused because they said it was supposed to be only one of them. One left the interview and said they would reschedule. The coordinator reached out and wanted to schedule something 2 hours late. It seemed like miscommunication and poor coordination, but I made it work because I was interested in the role. All the interviewers said they were in a rush to fill the role and after 3 separate interviews, they ghosted me.

The whole thing took about a month, which I thought was pretty quick for higher ed. I had 4 interviews total before they offered me the job. It started with a phone call, then I interviewed with the admissions panel, after that I met with the Dean of admissions, and finally, I had an interview with the VP. Everyone was really nice and made me feel comfortable. The questions were pretty standard and direct. If you do your research beforehand, you should be good.

I applied and heard back in a couple of days. The first step was a phone interview, and then the following week I had a second interview with a panel where I had to give a presentation. It took about a month to hear back after that, and then I got an email saying they went with another candidate. During the interviews, everyone was friendly, and the questions were interesting. At first, they seemed uninterested, but they picked up after about 15 minutes. They asked typical questions about my work experience, situational questions, and then personal questions. Even though I didn't get the job and it felt like it took forever to hear back, it felt positive and went well.
