This was honestly one of the worst phone screenings I've had. The recruiter seemed young and inexperienced. She asked questions that were already on my resume, like if I had a degree, what my degrees were in, and if I'd need sponsorship now or later. After just 3 questions, I wasn't interested anymore. You guys should really train your recruiters better.

  • Do you have a degree?
  • What are your degrees in?

Behavioral Group

I was interviewed in a small group setting with three people: a director, a site admin, and a teacher. They explained the job and the overall process. Salary and specific work hours were not discussed. After the interview, the offer included a Simmons Personality Survey. Then there was a call about the HR process, which was really frustrating! They require you to pay for and submit official transcripts. Fingerprinting is also mandatory using DJJ instead of FLDOE. They want sensitive documents like your W2, Driver's license, and Social Security card copy submitted online through an unsecured system, which is concerning given I've already passed FBI and FLDOE level 2 screenings. It's unfair to have to pay for these jobs. The offered pay was $50k for a full year, which is about $5000 less than what it should be, so it's not worth my time.

I had an initial phone screening, and then I went for a face-to-face interview at their national office. Five people were on the interview panel, with one joining remotely. It was a good experience, but I didn't end up getting the offer.
