First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at PAC Worldwide.
Admin Clerk
It was a simple and direct interview. They asked me basic questions about my experience and some scenario-based questions relevant to the job. I got hired right after and then went straight to do the drug screening, physical, and background check. I started work less than a week later.
- What is your motivation?
- Can you describe your typical day and responsibilities at your last job?
Continuous Improvement Leader
Started with a virtual or phone chat with informal behavioral questions. Then had an in person interview that included a plant tour. Spoke with 5 people total, including the hiring manager and the HR recruiter. I also had to do 2 skills assessment tests.
- What's your reason for leaving your current job?
- Can you describe your approach to starting to solve a problem?
Manager
I had 3 phone interviews and then 2 in person. Some parts were one on one and others were in small groups. It was good because everyone I spoke to gave similar answers when I asked them questions, which showed me they communicate well.
- How do you stay driven while also being flexible?
- What are your main strengths that help you lead a team?
- What experience do you have that relates to PAC's work?
Product Manager
So I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn, and we met in person. After that, I had a phone interview with HR and then a call with the hiring manager. The recruiter was my main point of contact for everything else.
- The recruiter spent most of his time explaining things to me; I might have been more interested in the role if it weren't for the recruiter they used.
