Teacher
My interview was overall a wonderful experience. It was very organized and felt more conversational than interrogative. I could tell they really reviewed my resume and prior experience. They kept me thoroughly updated throughout the entire process.
- Could you explain how your classroom management approach might change when moving from a physical classroom to an online setting, and please give some specific examples?
Academic Advisor
The interview process was very professional. I had a phone interview first, followed by an in-person interview. They sent over the required documents before the interview. Everyone was really pleasant. They asked really in-depth questions related to my studies and interests. Make sure you're prepared!
- What's your experience with teamwork?
- How does this position align with what you've studied and what you're interested in?
IT Specialist
A headhunter set up the interview. It involved a phone call and then an in-person meeting. Things were pretty relaxed. The CEO was there when they made the job offer. After that, they gave me a tour and I met some coworkers.
- Tell me about your experience with Novell systems.
Marketing Assistant
There are several stages before you are hired. First, a phone screen interview, then an in-person interview with 3-4 people, followed by a short presentation. After that, you'll meet the CEO and some other administrators.
