I had a few Zoom interviews with different company leaders, which was all set up and coordinated smoothly. The hiring manager reached out a few days later with an offer. The whole process was pretty straightforward and easy.

A recruiter reached out and we had an informal chat about my experience. After that, I was given an Excel test. My results, resume, and notes from the test were then sent to the hiring manager for their decision. The hiring manager emailed me, and I replied within a few hours, but then got ghosted. I followed up a week later and was really disappointed. The Excel test itself was pretty simple.

There were 3 rounds with different core team members. The first round was with the market president and it went pretty well. P3's interviewing process is more like a discussion than an interview.

Got contacted really fast and they flew me out to Vegas to meet the team for a full day of interviews. I met with about 9-10 different people there, and each one talked to me for like 30 minutes. They said I'd hear back in 3-4 weeks. I emailed thank you notes to everyone. No replies. I followed up at 4 weeks, still nothing. Another email at 7 weeks, nope. The last one went to the general HR email at 9 weeks... and yup, no response. The only reply I got was from the Admin Assistant about my travel reimbursement right after the interview.
