I applied online and had to do a 2-part IQ test. Then there was an in-person interview with 2 people. The whole thing took about 3 weeks. This was the second job I applied for that I got an interview for. The interview wasn't hard, but the IQ test part was strange and pointless. Anybody can ace a multiple-choice test, but they might be terrible at dealing with people or know nothing about the industry. So I really hope they ditch the testing part someday.

I just finished the assessment questionnaire and honestly, it's one of the most bizarre ones I've seen, especially for an entry-level role. It felt like I was applying to NASA's space shuttle program, not a business analyst position. I have an MBA and have applied to other companies before. The IQ and personality tests were standard, but I was surprised by the sections on graphic sequences and mechanical testing, which don't seem relevant to the job description at all. If this is P2 Energy's standard process for all applicants, I think it's a complete waste of time.

It started with an online test covering general knowledge, and then I had a phone call. After that, I was invited to a panel interview with four people, which took about an hour, and then a 20-minute one-on-one with an executive.
