I saw the job ad in the paper for F&B Service and went to the place. There was a big queue. I finally spoke to the interviewer. They asked me standard questions about my resume, focusing on my experience and why I wanted to join this company and leave my last job. The interviewer was a bit arrogant and kept cutting me off. The office was nice and had a good place to sit and a washup facility.

It was a pretty long process. I had a phone interview first, then a video montage, followed by another phone interview. They were thorough but super friendly and pleasant. The questions were straightforward and specific to the role. Everyone I dealt with was really positive, friendly, helpful, and professional. It was an enjoyable interview process.

This was a really long, detailed, expensive, and draining interview process, but also really exciting. It ended up being totally worth all the effort, and I'd really encourage anyone who can to go for this opportunity.
