The interviewer was really professional and helpful, they let me know what tasks were needed. They even told me a long story about their childhood and how it related to their work experiences, mentioning that they used to be a Sweeper.

Got hired right away. The hosts were few, only 3 of them. Even though the hosts have the highest turnover, I was promoted to server after a year and didn't get many complaints. The only downside is that the company is really trying to save money by cutting corners.

This interview experience was quite positive! It seems they don't often hire people with minimal server experience, so keep that in mind. Based on what I heard, it typically takes about 6 to 8 months, potentially up to a year, to transition into a server role. They'll likely start you off in a hostess or server assistant position before offering a server position. A manager shared this information with me.
