First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Ozinga.
Inside Sales Representative
I spent about a month interviewing and met with a bunch of people. I talked to some managers and some people who would be on my team. It was a good way to learn about the company and what the job is about. They seem to take hiring pretty seriously because it took a while.

Business Systems Analyst
It was a fun interview experience, where I learned a lot about the company, the culture, and the coworkers I'd get to interact with. I felt comfortable from the start, and really enjoyed my time with the employees who interviewed me.
- What do you know about concrete?

The first interview was in person. I didn't have a phone screen. It was about an hour long, with some discussion and some questions. I felt good about it, but I never heard back from HR or the manager even after following up a bunch, which sucks since I traveled pretty far for it during the pandemic. Also, the people in the office weren't wearing masks even though I think they had to.
- Tell me about your past work experience.
- What are your top three skills and why?
- What makes you want to work for Ozinga?
Site Supervisor
Had a great one-on-one interview with the Site Manager. We talked about my background and the company's history. I got an offer and felt good about it.
- Can you tell me about your professional background?
