I was referred by a colleague for the HR G position and got a call for a phone screen with the VP of HR. The interview had questions about my work experience and some behavioral questions. After that, I was invited to the facility for two separate interviews with three different people. The first was with the VP and Sr. Manager, and the second was with the GM. About 2-3 weeks later, they called to ask when I could start. They were really accommodating and let me give my two-week notice.

First, I talked to someone at a university job fair. About a week later, I had an interview. There were two people interviewing me and they asked questions about manufacturing processes and some behavioral questions. The company had just moved into a new building, so the offices were pretty bare and it was echoey, which was a bit distracting during the interview.

I was an internal candidate with extensive experience, about ten years, directly relevant to this role's requirements. However, my manager wasn't involved, and my specific achievements related to the job weren't discussed. Ultimately, the offer went to someone with a degree.
