The interview process involved an interview, a group dynamic activity, and an interview with the manager. Overall, the interview was relaxed, but it felt overwhelming due to the large number of interviewers for one candidate. The HR staff were kind, but they could have made the process simpler by asking less generic questions.

Behavioral Technical

The process was fast, with very quick feedback. I was contacted by a recruitment agency, had a quick phone interview and then a video call. After that, I had an interview with the area manager and HR from the company, also by video. I personally didn't like the HR's attitude, I felt they looked down on some of my experiences and I didn't feel valued as a professional, which unsettled me a bit during the process. But despite that, the interview was okay, they focused a lot on my experiences that would add value to the role and there were no unusual questions.

Case Behavioral Presentation

The process was organized and clear, conducted by Across with several steps including online applications, video interviews, and English/logic tests. There was a long gap between applying and being called for the assessment. Some information about the company was provided beforehand, which helped with the case study. I noticed some candidates seemed unqualified, not sure what the company produced. In the evaluation, answering the managers' questions well was more important than the presentation itself. The interview was relaxed, focusing on understanding my experiences and what I expected from the job.
