The interview process was pretty simple. There were two interviewers. I had to proofread a document and also do a short written test. The whole thing took less than an hour.

My interview experience at OUP Spain involved two interviews, initially via Skype with HR and the head of the department, followed by an in-person meeting. Additionally, there was an online capabilities test. The overall atmosphere felt very comfortable and relaxed.

Behavioral

It started with a quick phone screen that was pretty basic, covering things like strengths, weaknesses, and why I wanted to apply. Then, a few days later, I had in-person interviews. First with the intern coordinator, and then about an hour after that, with the lead editor. I got the offer about a week after the in-person interviews. It was a pretty standard interview process, nothing too out of the ordinary.
