The interview process was great overall. It consisted of four rounds: HR screening, an interview with the hiring manager, a case study with the BDM, and a final round with the CRO. They were curious to understand who you are outside of just your resume.

Behavioral Case Presentation

The interview process included a recruiter screen, a hiring manager interview, a technical challenge like a case study or cross-functional collaboration exercise, and an executive interview. I only completed the first round with the Talent Acquisition Specialist. I did a lot of research on Owner and its culture, spoke with several team members, and highlighted my relevant top-performing experiences. Despite this, I was not advanced after the initial round without receiving specific feedback, even after I requested it. I was very keen to join Owner, but it appears they heavily favor candidates from prestigious universities. Although I hold a Master's degree, it's not from a top-tier institution, which seems to be a key factor based on recent hires' profiles.

Behavioral

The interview started late and the interviewer was condescending. They spent a lot of time asking about my colleagues' performance, which was weird and irrelevant since it's not their interview. The whole thing felt off because an interview should be a two-way street. It was super clear the interviewer was inexperienced, immature, and bad with people. Honestly, I feel like I dodged a bullet; if they act like this in an interview, I can't imagine what they're like as a manager.
